There are vaccines, among which the Astra made in Thailand by the EMA (European Medicines Ageney) has not been approved. you have been vaccinated with the Astra Zeneca bio
Siam Bioscience vaccine, then you can only travel to the Netherlands if you have a negative test. Until August 7, this proof of test may not be older than 72 hours at the time of departure. From August 8, the proof of test may not be older than 48 hours before departure. Vaccination certificates of that vaccine are therefore not accepted for travel to the Netherlands,. After that in the Netherlands for 14 days in home quarantine
